Jolly Rancher Slush

It’s no wonder that Jolly Ranchers have been around since the mid 1960s, as they are one of the most iconic candies ever. More flavors may be available, I believe there are five in total, but there is a potential for more flavors. Watermelon, green apple, grape, and cherry are some of the flavors available.

The blue raspberry is also delicious. If you imagine your favorite drinks combined with the textures of frozen ice crystals and a hint of Vodka, wouldn’t that be the most perfect drink of all time? My opinion is that it does! Earlier today, we shared a recipe for Jolly Rancher Vodka Slush, created by Bill and Dorothy Harmsen, who owned a candy store in Golden, Colorado at the time. Upon selling the company to Hershey in 1996, the company was taken over by Hershey. Nowadays, they are made by Jolla Rancher in Mexico perhaps we should call them “Jolla Rancher” today?
