In Anchorage, Alaska, a bar named Peanut Farm is said to have first created the Duck Fart. Duck Fart is a drink also known as a layered shot. Cocktails like this are usually served as single shots. Duck Fart is layered with Kahlua, Bailey’s Irish Cream, and whiskey to create a syrupy drink. On the bottom layer is the Kahlua, then on top of the Kahlua is the Bailey’s, then on top of the Bailey’s is a good amount of whiskey. It’s customary for duck fart shots to be made with Crown Royal whiskey, but feel free to choose your own.
