Victorinox Channel Knife Product Description
Even though Victorinox’s Channel knife is the strongest knife in its class, the angle of its blade does not provide the best cut for garnish work. It is a knife I use on a regular basis at work and it is reliable. I would like to see a slight “can’t” on the blade of this knife in order to allow me to continue using it. However, the sturdiness of the instrument will allow me to use it indefinitely. If I were to buy it again, I would buy the Victorinox Channel Knife.
- The head is made from stainless steel with a high carbon content.
- The wood handle is made from.
- It can be used with the right hand or the left hand.
- The Victorinox Professional Tool is a durable piece of equipment that can be used in the restaurant and at home.
- An instrument for cutting strips of peel with a sharp cutting edge that does not look like a knife.

Worked fine for me until I tried it again (1/5)
It seemed like this would be a great channel knife since the Victorinox brand is well known and Swiss Army knives are usually awesome. It was a huge disappointment for me, nevertheless. There's no way to describe how bad this channel knife is. A channel knife is one of the tools I use as a bartender to garnish drinks. In order to create things such as horse's neck, the Victorinox is not sharp enough to cut citrus peels correctly. This product does not penetrate deeply into the skin when used. With this, I can only manage to cut about a two-inch piece of peel. My peeling abilities can extend up to two feet when using other channel knives. This is a bad product, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

A nicely constructed article (4/5)
Though the Victorinox Channel knife is very sturdy, the angle of the blade does not allow the blade to give you an ideal garnish. It is a knife I often use at work and I find it functional. Although I prefer a blade with a little curve on it, this knife does not have any. However, the durability of the knife keeps me from giving up on using My next purchase for the Victoinox Channel Knife will be this model.

Having it on my bar makes me feel like it will last a long time (4/5)
A Channel knife is made well and is Having it on my bar makes me feel like it will last a long time. There is a very thin twist to it. These are ideal for expressing oils and garnishing food, though taking off twists without breaking them requires a bit of finesse.

It does not cut very I probably had a bad one, but contrary to the other glowing reviews, mine didn't seem to be sharp, and seemed a little shallow for a razor to In order for the cut to begin, I had to press down fairly hard (1/5)
