Pyrex Prepware 1.5 Quart Mixing Bowl Product Description

It is possible to argue that a mini punch bowl is nothing more than a glass, but here we diverge. Sometimes, all you need is a perfect small batch to serve a few close friends, and this Pyrex bowl does the job better than most. A Pyrex bowl, while serving a modestly-sized punch, won’t set you back a lot of money, and can serve many other purposes when not being used for cocktail parties. There is a two-year warranty on this dishwasher-safe bowl that is also heat resistant. With a tight lid, it is durable and large enough to nuke 1 qt+ of soup in a bowl without spilling.

  • The set comes with (1) 1-1/2-Quart mixing bowl.
  • This table is made of nonporous glass, which is neither warpable nor stainable.
  • The preheated glass can be used in an oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher.
  • It is easier to handle and safer to use bowls with rims.
  • We are proud to offer Pyrex Glass, which is made in the U.S.A. with a 2 year warranty.

Questions & Answers

One bowl of noodles with one bowl of broth. Doesn't it only come with noodles? The nuke was probably about four minutes old when it broke up A few drops of water can be added to 5. I would say five if you cooked them and drained them The rim will prevent you from burning your fingers when you are trying to take it out of the microwave. If you are going to make two packs, some broth, and some goodies to them, this will work great.
the cover does not come with it.
There is no problem fitting the Instant Pot into an 8qt container.
When making bread, you'll want to get a Pyrex bowl that is large enough. If you're using the oven or microwave, you can use the bowl.

It appears to be the same as the suicide one and is the replacement (5/5)

One of the three bowls, that we have, threw itself out of the refrigerator before I could catch it, and it destroyed itself on It appears to be the same as the suicide one and is the replacement.

It is getting harder and harder to remember the days when simple consumer goods worked The container is sturdy and large enough to re-heat 1 quart+ of soup in a bowl with a tight lid as long as there is enough empty space to prevent the soup My usual method of nuking wet food in these is to put a piece of silicone sheet over the container so that it doesn't slide about when I eat it (5/5)

This is a very stout dog. These have been around for a while, so far I haven't slipped into the sink or onto the counter due to soap. In order to hand wash, I push it back into the rounded right corner of the sink, wash using a brush, and get a solid grip if I have My chances of outliving these are very good. There is also a MADE IN THE USA label on the products, which makes the difference between the quality of these and the Chinese trash so common today Can't China design things because there are no engineers? Stainless steel is one of the worst metals in the world, and it's also among the worst made. It took 40 minutes for a simple spatula to fall apart.

My favorite mixing bowls are from this line (5/5)

The mixing bowls I have come in three different sizes. My life wouldn't be the same without them. My favorite thing about them is their shape and how durable There are many mixing bowls in my collection, but these are the ones I gravitate towards most, unless I need a deep, narrow one intentionally.

On the inside of the bowl, you can see little "grit" bumps (2/5)

Pyrex bowls are also available in other versions that have the same coding number on the bottom, but otherwise are different. The surface of this one has plenty of tiny little bumps, like grit or spatter, which catch my wash sponge when I'm doing the washing. As far as I can tell, it seems fine.

Bowl that is strong, versatile, and easy to use (5/5)

My love for Pyrex began when I was a toddler at the 1939 New York Worlds Fair when I first saw it at the show. It can hold salads on the outside, then turn around to bake, then do its thing in the microwave.

A very useful size for mixing medium batches of food (5/5)

I bought multiples of these Pyrex bowls since they are perfect for mixing medium quantities.

When it comes to Pyrex, you can't go wrong (5/5)

You have a winner, as long as it doesn't show up in tiny pieces (which it won't). The bowl is made of Pyrex!.

Pyrex is one of my favorite things (4/5)

Years ago, I bought a set of 3 and it has remained in my possession ever since. A broken one was replaced by Amazon after it was broken. Pyrex is my favorite material, but the end result of the bowl shattering on the floor required me to spend hours picking Apart from that, I am a big fan of.
