Don't be afraid to experiment (5/5)

I am not sure which is better, the Smoking Gun Pro or the Smoking Gun. I decided on the Pro model after considering it for days and am quite happy with it because it's No matter how often I use this, I simply want to make sure it will hold up and won't get too hot if I am smoking a bit of an item quickly. However, the knob turning to high speed first means the fan must run faster when shutting No matter how I feel about this criticism, I still love the small appliance. A range of smoked foods are available, including smoked salt, smoked cheese, smoked nuts, smoked fish, smoked cocktails, and smoked olive oil. As a result, I've finely chopped kiln dried wood smoking chips because, I think, the little jars are too expensive. I've also enjoyed using herbs, but I are yet to use hay for smoking. You should make sure the hose is fully extended without crimping when using this and keep in mind you will smell like smoke if there is not good ventilation available. It's pretty lucky that I splurged on this one by PolyScience for Breville by PolyScience since I've seen some hacked versions on youtube.

Living in the city, I see a lot of traffic When I lost my big green egg, I did not know what to do with my smoker. I've been itching to smoke meat and other items ever since. The best way to smoke meat is to smoke it several times, but the best way to smoke cheeses and other things is to smoke them one time. The grill is not able to provide you with the continuous smoke flavor that you get from a big green egg or other grill, but because it is meant for the purpose that it was intended for, it gets.

The unit is well crafted but I am not a fan of one aspect of the design (4/5)

Overall a good product, feels a lot more sturdy than the last one An issue with the design. The ring speeds on the spinning dial do take a little longer to adjust, so I think this should have the high low settings of the other model. It has a metal front, which I love. There were no leaks on my other model like there were on this one. The motor just doesn't work the way it should. It is a good piece of equipment. There was no need to complicate the motor power, they could have left it as it is. The cheaper none commercial one would have been the better choice if I could have because of how simple it is to use.

I urge you to buy now! This is amazing! After watching Chef Michael Votaggio's YouTube demo on this particular model, I chose this brand and model (5/5)

I like it because it is easy to use and gives a great flavor. I HIGHLY recommend this product since it has a real smoke flavor and NOT the artificial taste of cough syrup! We cooked steaks the first weekend, we smoked red cayenne peppers to make hot sauce, a salmon fish topping made with peaches, and we smoked red cayenne peppers for hot sauce. Each one of them is.

You will be blown away if you have used the first generation of the software (5/5)

The smoking gun became my smoking gun when I was a child. This is like switching from a cheap made in China model to one that is fully handcrafted. Quite a few minor problems with the first version were addressed with this update. It isn't necessary for it to have this ridiculous stand to hold the smoking gun while you are using I had an issue with the first generation metal bowl regularly getting wood chips into the fan. This second generation bowl is completely metal, detachable, and easily cleaned. I also like the multiple screens included to keep wood chips out of the fan. have gladly purchased the first generation again even though it worked well and did what it was suppose to do, but without me knowing that I needed all of the modifications they made, I would have gladly purchased it again. In my opinion, this thing is amazing, especially when compared to other similar products.

Keeping it safe doesn't mean going overboard Chips of wood should be placed into the wood. Smoking cocktails with it is something I have done. As well as grilling tomatoes I used it to smoke them before grilling (a favorite). It is great to be able to introduce a smoke flavor to Not much time is needed. Just a small pinch of wood chips should do the trick. Keeping it safe doesn't mean going overboard You need to fill it out. In order to contain smoke when cooking or hosting cocktail parties, I use a dome over the food. Just a few minutes are needed to impart the rich taste of smoke.

The cocktail was meant for use as a garnish. Is almost to good to be true. Your drinks can easily be ruined by too much alcohol. *br>If you are smoking meat, it works very well. You can smoke a bowel of meat and then repeat the process. Smoked with hickory pork chops brined with garlic salt Ham turns out to be delicious. This is a quick and easy way to add variety and flavor to your food and drinks. There is one downside to this product, which is it does emit a lot of smoke, so I would suggest using it outside. Only 3 stars on "Giftable" because this doesn't appeal to everyone, but that's not a dig on the product.
