Questions & Answers

There are three nice pieces in my collection There are parts of it made of stainless steel, but it makes a mess when used to pour from. Once I mix in the shaker, I then remove the lid and cap, insert this strainer, and mix again.
Winco Cocktail Strainer does not resemble the OXO strainer, based on what I found on the company's web site. With the Winco, holes are provided in the top, however, the OXO has two ports for draining water Basically it has the same type of slits and has the same type of long handle I'm not sure what you meant by "burs", but the drains seem to be similar. However, the OXO brand is a great product.
The Boston shaker is at home, but it isn't sitting in front of me right now. insulated walls) The glass pint fits my hands better since it is tighter, but the stainless steel half will do just fine as well.
The only problem is that I couldn't fit it on our regular calendar I tried to use it with mason jars, and it did not fit. It is way too big for this item. There is a possibility that it would fit on a wide-mouth mason jar, but I cannot confirm it.

Bartender with years of experience (5/5)

There is no better strainer for me or against me than this. This is all I have to say. It is the best strainer on the market. Are you in need of The one you want to buy is here. Do you have a different one that you purchased It's this one you wanted, so you need to see if you can return it. I have abused this thing for more than a year now, but I still enjoy it. One of these was as good as any other on the market a year old. For those who are bartenders, or even trying to make the illusion that they are, OXO is a great choice. A strainer like this is the best. A jigger from this company is by a considerable margin the best on the market. Despite its shortcomings, this shaker is okay for mixing drinks with friends at home, but not so good for work.

My old one was disposed of as soon as I used it (5/5)

The reason is as follows. The first time I looked at this strainer, I did not want to buy it. What is the point of getting another if I already have one? It was a small, low-cost add-on to my package, so I threw it in - and I'm The first thing I noticed was that I like OXO, for the most part. Had an issue with their dual-heads, but received a solution to it There were some issues with the jigger, but the staff worked hard to make me happy. But in this case, the product turned out to be perfect. Everything has been thought of! Besides the size fitting perfectly for my mixing glass, it is very high quality. In or out of the glass, the strainer snaps into place when you press it into it. The handle is not needed since most people don't use them. The strainer will stay in place if you invert the mixing glass with strainer because of the tension inside the glass due to the spring inside. That is impressive. Additionally, the finger rest at the top is where your finger naturally rests, so you actually press your finger towards the top to pour because there is no other place to put your finger. The place to put your finger is comfortable. This is brilliant! As soon as I used this strainer, I moved my old one in the attic. It is by far the best strainer I have used so far. OXO did a great job (again).

We need to let too much ice shards out (4/5)

My first strainer was this model, and I find the design and ergonomics to be The Koriko strainer from Cocktail Kindom is better for me than anything else I've tried in the past. Despite my preference for the ergonomics of the Oxo, the Koriko has a much tighter spring than it. has a hollow top and is really fragile, which shatters when it shakes. I get a lot of shards when my ice maker shakes. Oxo springs are too loose, so I have to use a tea strainer to catch the shards before it escapes. This means I've had to double strain the drink so it won't be too watered down. Due to the coil of the spring being so tight, almost all ice shards are caught by the Koriko, which means that I do not have to strain twice. The Oxo's spring could be more tightly wound if it had one.

The bartender said it was a nice thing to have, but not the best to have (4/5)

I bought it because I wanted to become more adept at making It was rated highly in reviews so I decided to buy it. However, when you move the top back and forth, there does not seem to be much difference in the sizes of the strainer holes. If I were to strain different ingredients, I would use a different design, it doesn't make sense to me. In spite of this, I find that I use this much more often than originally expected. This is actually my preferred method of shaking cocktails as opposed to using my cocktail shaker's perforated top.

Exactly what I was looking for (5/5)

Has a little rubber thumb piece to protect my fingers This pen holder cleans up easily, and it has the OXO-inspired design What is your reaction to This is one of my favourites. The change from shaking to stirring has caused me to pour this pourer and I will not shake again I now stir my Manhattans on every iteration As its name implies, it does what its supposed to do. It was only me who was at fault Because I didn't take into account its circumference, it was a bit large for me to wear over my one-piece Mixing shaker for cocktails In my case, I am using a two-keyboard setup I put it on a glass shaker and it fit I was the one at fault, not the gadget. There's very little that can go wrong with it, but I can't speak to its longevity. You can't go wrong with this purchase!.

The strainer I use is great for bartending (5/5)

The strainer I use is great for bartending. Engineers have done a great job on the design. When I use it, I'm in love. Especially when mixing spirits and mixes you want to pour for more than one cocktail at a time, this strainer makes things easy for you. As well as the stylish and very professional look, you have to appreciate it. While it was designed for professional bartenders, it can also be placed in a home bar because it adds to the ambiance. It is my professional opinion that this is the case. You should consider purchasing this strainer if you are in the market for a quality strainer made of high-quality materials.

This is a cute & functional bag (5/5)

I have a piece of beginners' advice for you don't press the strainer against the lip of the Those liquids will spill out the sides, potentially making a mess and making you look a fool in front of It just needs to be put in top and held.

The design of the strainer is excellent all in all (5/5)

I can without a doubt say that this is the best strainer I've ever used. Obviously, the design is different from the norm, but it makes you wonder why they are all not made this way. While it is a little more expensive than some manufacturers, OXO makes excellent, usable products that are hassle-free. *br>*br>Pros Please note *br> This strainer is capable of handling large and small objects without getting clogged- It seems that the finger "holder" works remarkably well, and after your first or second use, you wonder why other strainers have that awkward handle. The shakers and glasses fit well into the shakers and glasses *Cons Please note *br> As a result of the location, my finger has been covered in the cocktail a few times, but it did not cause a major problem. The shaker is large enough for my hands to be able to use one handed with a large shaker, but I can see a set of small hands having difficulty using it. One may have to use two hands, but it's not a big deal (I do it out of habit, and it's easy, just something to consider, though normal strainers would pose the same problem).
