The material is easily broken (1/5)
Peeling grapefruits and oranges was made easier by using this product. I used to use a model similar to Pampered Chef but could not find them on Amazon, so I settled for this one instead - it looks like the Pampered Chef version. The reason there were ten in the package is that you will go through them quickly as they break easily. To my dismay, I discovered that there are 10 because you will go through them quickly. It took me two months to go through 8 whereas Pampered Chef lasted for You receive what you pay for, as the saying goes. They are cheaply made and are quite expensive. In my opinion, this is not a good idea. The Tupperware version that I ordered met my expectations and I am delighted.

I find it to be a very useful device (5/5)
used to have one of these before but I lost it when I moved. We bought this house and I've decided to replace several items that have been lost. My nails are always short and it is very difficult to peel an orange when they're short. With this little gadget, I can do that for myself. Having a disabled child and living with me is a challenge. Because he loves to eat fruit of all sorts, I taught him how to do this with the oranges we were eating. After a short while, the oranges had all gone, since my son could peel an orange on his own and didn't need.

A peeler like this has its good and bad points (3/5)
Tupperware's version used to be my favorite. After that, I developed an allergy to citrus and my peeler ceased to work. However, now I can eat citrus once again, and though it seems a little flimsier than my previous one, it seems to function as if it were made of metal. There's nothing wrong with it, it's just not very good. Scoring the orange was simple, but peeling it off proved to be more difficult. Yet, it does look as if it zests, although I have never tried that as well. Also, because it comes 6 to a pack, I've been able to gift my friends, who are also looking forward to trying two in case I lose one!) By the way, I've included some other info too. My old one was going to be put away when I found it, so I'll use that.

They are not flexible in any way (1/5)
Review was not done until after I waited I bought the car in June of As an example Since an orange is round, you begin to cut it by going around the orange. It skips off since it is not flexible in any way. It was from Sunkist and I used it faithfully for the past 28 years. I lost it and not knowing that there would be a difference, thought that these would be fine. I am now on a quest to find one similar to my old one. Thank you for your review, but I'm sorry it wasn't favorable!.

I have never had an orange peeler like this before (2/5)
Similar to previous ones I've had, this one also has a cylindrical shape. As opposed to previous ones, here are those that aren't It has a much more rigid plastic than previous peelers, so there is not as much flex. • The edge of the peeler does not have a serrated edge on one side, but Fruit can be separated from peel and whites with the serrated edge. There are no sharp lines to score the peels. It works well for softer oranges, But more challenging with oranges that have a tougher peel, when one can score twice on the fruit. The lack of serrated edges leave more white on the Although I am capable of peeling without the aid of a peeler, I find that it saves me from pulling back a fingernail even when it is inevitable, as well as is easier for children to completely peel themselves as they grow up.

This peeler is slightly inferior in quality to other peelers, but it offers a It's okay to use these citrus peelers (4/5)
It really came down to the quality of the machining as the scraper side of this citrus peeler is not as sharp as that of other citrus peelers. Similar peelers I have also used I have found they worked better, but they were all priced about twice as high. In spite of this, I would likely purchase these again due to the overall value they offer. Plus, it's nice to be able to purchase many of them since these things tend to become scarce.

I ordered these for my grandma who has been slowly losing them over the years (4/5)
I was pleased with the price. Despite the fact that they look good, they aren't quite as thick as Light and thin, the plastic feels good in the hand.
