Questions & Answers

One of the glasses arrived broken in the box I ordered to give as a gift. Nothing was on the top or bottom of the packaging, it was all on one side. I would like just one glass replaced but so far haven't been able to figure out how. There is no help from the website regarding returns or exchanges except for a full refund/exchange.
In spite of washing them in the dishwasher every day for nearly five years now, they look as good as new.
Measures 3 inches from the bottom to the top.
The container is 5 inches tall and holds one pound. The double old fashions in my collection are amazing they hold 5 cups (or 12 oz). So far, the weight is good and there haven't been any chips!

My reluctance stemmed from the fact that the glasses are so beautiful and that it would have been a shame to ruin them (5/5)

However, I can't write a full review on this product since I never got to use it. I purchased them as a gift for my (now ex-) boyfriend, but he dumped me before I had a chance to try Despite being tempted to smash each of these on his face, I refrained because these glasses are so beautiful and it would have been a shame to break them. That's why I gave it five stars. Now that I think about it, these cups are probably so sturdy that they would have endured Could I have done better if I had taken the risk? I guess it is what it is.

Crystal is real, but it is Pay what you want and you will get what you desire (3/5)

The appearance of these when they arrived was not pleasing to me, and I thought I might have received a knock-off The crystals appear to be off, but I did some research and they are authentic Waterford. Then I wanted to know what crystal is, and why these don't appear perfect to me? I think so. Glass with a small percentage of lead is called crystal by industry definition. However, most crystal pieces are molded before they are cut A much sharper edge is filed to a rounded edge. Neither the lenses nor the frames are Despite its round edges and visible seams, the bag still seems to be handmade. So you get what you pay for, it's genuine crystal. There was a deal on the Waterford website for 100 bucks for the Marquis decanter and two glasses. These decanters began at $300 and quickly rose to $1,200 for those that were obviously cut and molded. The same applies to the glasses as well. In light of all that, I would say they do look nice. Since I bought these for my boyfriend, he seems to love them (despite him not being.

This is stunning (5/5)

The item I was looking for was exactly what I was looking for. Just be aware they are non-crystal. My shopping list actually remained on the page for a couple of weeks because I was a little hesitant after reading some of the reviews. I clicked the button, but unfortunately it was too late. My glasses are very nice and I'm very happy with them. I love the way they look, the ways they feel and the way no strange tastes come out when you drink from Several issues have been raised by other reviews, so I'd like to comment on them. The first reason is because they come from Waterford, which makes people assume they are buying Neither of these pieces of crystal are cut. The products are crystalline (glass) products that have been It costs $75 to buy a glass of cut crystal. Listed at an inflated price of $25, these are available for purchase. With the sale price of $32, these items will cost you If you bought them in a high end department store, I suspect they'd cost about $15 each. The 'list price' of these has never been achieved in my experience, so I would discount it greatly. What would I pay for them if they were $25 a glass? It might be possible if they were kept for special occasions only. I did not have any problems with the packaging and it seemed very well done. My doTERRA lemon oil worked great on the stickers. I simply used a few drops on each sticker and it came off easily. This is much more elegant and stylish than glasses you will find at the grocery store or box store, yet they are affordable enough that when they do break, it's not such a big deal. The only thing I don't like about it was my own fault. Be aware that these are 13 oz, so make sure the size is suitable The pattern I would have chosen from the 15-disk set is probably a different pattern The 16 oz size is available.

The glass looks good, but there is a seam in it (4/5)

I do not claim to be an expert on these sorts of matters. Though I had some minor issues with my purchase, I am still happy with my purchase. Please note *br> You can use them as a scotch or double rocks glass. They seem to be pretty nice. Please note *br> It feels like they have a lot of weight. There are a few cons, however. Although crystallized products have a very slight seam (see one of the photos), they do have a slight rip in them. A faint line can be seen and fortunately it's not something that stands out too much. While most people don't care, if you're an individual who is finicky about glassware, this may not be the beverage My order for two sets of four glasses arrived broken. I had to return one pair of the four glasses. We were able to get a replacement part from Amazon very quickly. The glasses I'm wearing now were 60% off while I was writing this. In a world where I would pay full price, I wouldn't say I got my money's worth, but at the price I paid, I would say I got a good deal. This is not something I would buy as a wedding gift for a relative, but it would certainly be useful to have at home when company comes to visit. Glassware that is made for a kitchen isn't dishwasher safe (but good glassware isn't meant for the dishwasher either). It's nice enough that potential customers will be impressed, but not so nice that I will be upset if one breaks. There is a noticeable difference between the standard glassware and this product.

This is a good pair of glasses to recommend (5/5)

The reason why some people are dogging these glasses is that they have a seam and they are not hand-cut crystal, but personally, I think they are very cool The patterns are thick and heavy, and they have the classic style. Considering that these cost only $7, they are definitely worth it. Each costs $50. The glasses that you get for that price may be of very poor quality, because they are not named. There are three levels of poverty It is one of the cheapest lines of waterford, but they look great and feel good, and they are far better than some of the ones I have tried. I will continue to use these for my An excellent value for the money.

As far as the glasses are concerned, they are fine (1/5)

There were 4 shipments for a set of glasses to arrive without any broken pieces. I returned one set, then received another set that had broken pieces and requested not to return those as well. I then was charged for those for which I was alleged to have returned the broken components. Consequently, I was very unhappy with both the multiple shipments needed for the glasses, and then, was charged for 2 broken glasses I did not return. I am very upset about this, overall.

Those glasses are obviously of low quality (I don't think they are made from the reviewer before me, I noticed that the quality of the glass differs from what I would have expected from crystal (and from what I had purchased from the same manufacturer 20 years ago) (3/5)

The glass seems to be glass and not crystal, I think. The sound exactly mimics the sound of A number of errors have been made during the manufacturing process resulting in 3 seams on each glass. Their price is not worth it, and their original asking price was 100 dollars just to try them out. Blemishes are visible in my pictures (these do not disappear when washed). Neither of them is above average nor below average The quality of the glasses is average when compared with.

This is a great product for Bourbon and it will keep your grip and look great (5/5)

A nice little grip on these bourbon glasses! It's nice to know that they are lead-free (unlike my other crystal glasses), but they look great and feel great too. also taste good with a large bourbon ice ball in them.
