A graduation party is imminent and I ordered this for my son. Even after being dropped on a cement floor, the product arrived intact. It would be nice if there were more room under the containers. Is crushed ice or a compression pack okay instead of ice cubes? There is not enough space for ice cubes. However, the containers that I bought were larger and it had a sealing lid that kept the insects out of my Despite the fact that the cups aren't shaped to hold spoons, I was able to put regular plastic spoons in each without causing any problems. As a whole, I am happy with this item and would order from here.

I can't use it for what it's supposed to do (3/5)

The purchase was a little disappointing to me. Since it had a lid, it was made to put ice in the bottom to keep it cold, which allowed me to keep taco toppings in it during a party. The sectioned trays can no longer be closed if they have ice in the bottom. If you put ice in the bottom of the trays, they will rise up to the level that the lid cannot be attached. I liked it, but I would have preferred if the sections could have been angled to allow for ice beneath. It was easy to clean afterward. It is easy to take off the lid to clean it.

Preparing food in advance is important in the process of cooking (5/5)

This page is for home cooks who want to learn. Since I was looking for more efficiency when putting together a fix en place instead of dispensing condiments or garnishes, I purchased this. In my cooking classes I specialize mostly in Japanese and Chinese stir fry dishes for wok and griddle (teppan). Here quite a few ingredients need to be added one at a time to the various cooking stages. It is hard for me to prepare ingredients in one place and then transport them to another, either inside or outdoors, and I have a limited counter space. My environment can be prone to accident-proneness because the usual round prep bowls take up too much space, create too much crowding, and make it harder to move the bowls and cups on trays. Prone to accidents. So, it seems to me that this condiment tray would be perfect for storing ingredients and preventing them from spilling. This is evidence. Yakisoba on the outdoor griddle on Monday worked just as well as it did last night. I placed the meat, carrots, onions, cabbage, sweet pepper, and mushrooms in the various trays as I cut or chopped the ingredients at my cutting station. Furthermore, I found that if a tray is not too full, I could drop in my small 4 oz stainless steel round prep cups, and the lid would still close when I'm done. This made it easy for me to pick up the whole thing and take it outside to the small table When you're ready to dump the ingredients in the mix, the trays easily come apart. The charger is stored efficiently on a low shelf of the little auxiliary prep table when it's not in use. I have the impression that the body is of very good material and if not abused, it will probably last for many years. With this product I can just be a little more successful in my everyday life since it has just made my life simpler. My initial interest in the Prepdeck ads was piqued by the advertisement however, after thinking about it, I realized I didn't need many of its features, I really wanted the organized, modular storage for my prepared There is a Prepdeck product that costs more than $100 more, but I found this product to be everything I needed.

I find the quality of this product to be okay, but in the freezer there is no place to put ice. Even the thinnest freezer gel packs There might only be enough room inside once the trays are installed to place an index finger thickness. All I have to do is fill the trays with water, place them in the freezer, and then freeze everything. There might be no way to keep it cool for too long even with that. I will dispose of these items once I find a suitable replacement, which would be any other condiment caddy available in.

I would highly recommend this. It is a sturdy container and is easy to carry around These bags are fairly large so they can hold a great deal of fruit and vegetables Enjoyable items are those that you can relish. Our outdoor bar is only medium sized, which is why the tray fits perfectly, but having all the ingredients cut up ahead of time is a big time saver, especially when you're making multiple drinks at once. I put crushed ice in the bottom of the tray. I also put crushed peppermint in the top of the tray. To assemble the trays, I put tap water at the bottom of the trays and put in each container cup without fruit or relish. I covered the cups with plastic/ Saran wrap to keep them in place, and then I placed the trays The fruit was all cut the day before my party, and when it was all put in the cold containers, it went right into them! Because it was a hot and humid day, I didn't want the fruit to go bad, but this method worked well and we didn't lose any fruit.

My only reason for taking away a star is that ice doesn't Even though I went to Sonics and got smaller ice, it still didn't I was a little bummed that was one of the features of it, but it worked well for my New Year's Eve party, so I can't really complain. You should not use it as a cooler if you plan to use it that way.
