I do not recommend this This is a fragile material
I found the metal device that allows you to break the ice to be very fragile. The cubes have only been broken after 1- I followed the directions carefully It takes less than two minutes for the trays to be taken out of the freezer, and after three months, one of them has completely broken off from the main part and is unable to be repaired. I'd like to share several pictures with the manufacturer and request a replacement if they are reading this.

The trays are great
I'm very satisfied with them. Plastic ice cube trays have been my daily bread for most of my life. As of late, however, we've noticed that there are some tiny white particles in the water once the ice melts. It seemed as if the plastic had eroded from the trays. It seemed a good idea to try metal trays since I had researched them. It was the best decision I've ever made! Plastic trays need to be handled a bit differently than they are with trays made of paper. Firstly, I tied the tray to the shelf of the freezer in order to keep it from moving about when I put the trays inside. There is a metal bowl in our freezer that I bought just for that purpose. I take out the ice trays and let them sit on the counter for a few days before popping the cubes out of the trays. When you take the ice cubes out of the freezer, do not remove them right away If it breaks the arm of the tray, the tray will fall apart. When all the cubes have been poured in the bowl, I wait 8 to 10 minutes (depending on how full they are) before I remove them from the bowl. Here's a bonus Even though it takes longer to remove the cubes from the tray, I find that filling the tray with water is easier It is possible to fill up the empty tray and add the divider afterwards. This is a highly recommended product.

This is wonderful, but you will have to be patient with it
It is really nice to have an ice cube tray like this. In comparison to other brands, this brand creates one of the most sturdy stainless steel trays available. Despite wanting to wait the 5 to 10 minutes, I twisted the metal on one of the two trays I bought since I didn't wait the full five to ten I was able to fix the issue with some tweaks and get it back to working properly. I am happy to report that it is working The trays need to be taken out of the freezer, allowed to thaw for only 5 to 10 minutes, then you pull the handle to release them. It is OK to wait a few minutes if you find it difficult to pull the handle. I made the mistake of pulling the handle too hard and bent the parts, so take care to pull the handle lightly so it doesn't bend the parts. To make it easy to grab the icecubes after they've been released, I have a separate icecube bin that I put the released cubes in. Generally, I'd say it's worth checking out!.

A few uses cause it to rust (Update)
The update is It is my pleasure to announce that my refund has been processed fully. They gave me the option of providing a refund, or they could give me real (pure) stainless steel ice cube trays. They refunded me. My money back doesn't hurt quite so much as if I had purchased the ice trays that can be used. To learn how to contact the seller, I had to put quite a lot of effort into it. If they would have reached out to the bad reviews and tried to resolve things themselves, I would have appreciated it more. Over the 2 weeks I used them, I had a lot of fun. I am reviewing the original version of the On the right, you can see the ice trays that have been scrubbed and thoroughly cleaned, while the left has not been cleaned. Through looking at the pictures, you can see the sheer amount of rust that these ice trays have. This metal has permanent stains as well as even more lasting rough marks from rust eating away at it. The ease of use of these is awesome. Unfortunately, the rack for them was designed to accumulate and freeze water just on one side. During the winter, I never had trouble getting ice from the bucket. When I returned to their dry state after using them, I found rust marks on them. I was in the process of moving during the return period, so I missed the return window. These ice trays proved disappointing when I built a huge monetary investment on them. They are claimed to be made from stainless steel but they are not. If it rusts after about six uses, it isn't pure stainless, according to what I understand. Since these are covered by a lifetime warranty, I'd rather have my money back. Would have been a great product if it had been possible!.

When you are familiar with how to use them, these are still frustrating
Although I had hoped to be able to post a 5 star review, I am giving up after months of trying. The fact is that I am aware of how to utilize I use this type of ice cube tray that my family used, so I know not to load it too high, to wait 10 to 15 minutes after taking it out of the freezer before removing ice, and even to run under water sometimes. I have still bent the handles and the separators have come loose or bent. Having spent so much time and effort to place everything back in place, the handles continue to bend even with very little resistance from the ice. I will probably end up using the trays as a baking dish for my toaster oven, but I consider them nothing more than a waste.

I would advise you not to buy
I was using this piece of junk the first time I took it out of the box and it broke. I think that you can remove remnants of ice from the tray if you wait until it's mostly melted and then remove what's left. However, I think, if you want ice cubes, it's not going to work.

I regret to say that this was not worth the price
There is a problem with one of the tops with the lever. The lever cannot move and the handle cannot go down flat. I've had them for less than two I think so. A great deal of effort has gone into it. it is more like shaved ice when it is released. Even when you wait a minute or two before pulling the release handle, it is still great.

Despite the fact that it was only used for a month, the tray fell apart
The vertical pieces of the tray broke off the "U" that holds the blades in place. It is evident in the photos. It is no longer possible to use the tray. The tray is very thin and would have been better if it was a little thicker. In addition, the tray stand/rack is not welded properly, making it impossible for another tray to go on top. In the past I complained about the rack, but I decided I could live with it, but now that the tray has become inoperable, I decided to send this in. Because I contemplated the long-term cost of these over the cheaper aluminum, I decided to go for them. It turned out that I wasn't right.
