BlackTail Food

Like everything at BlackTail, our guiding principle is authenticity. And so Chef Ryan Schmidtberger’s menu heavily features classic American fare that travelers to Cuba would have been presented with at the time. There is a bias towards seafood – the freshest seasonal produce available, of course – and our dishes incorporate many ingredients traditional to the island, along with Spanish and Mexican influences that were popular during the era.
