  • 1 1/2 oz coconut rum
  • 1/2 oz grenadine
  • 1 dash orange juice
  • 1/4 oz dark rum
  • 1/2 banana (sliced)
  • 1 dash pineapple juice
  • 1 cup ice

Steps to Make It

  • Pour the coconut rum, banana liqueur, grenadine, banana, pineapple and orange juices, and ice on a blender.
  • Blend it until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into a chilled highball glass.
  • Float the dark rum on top (slowly pour it over the back of a bar spoon) then serve. Enjoy.
