Rhyme & Reason Cocktail Recipe

Rhyme & Reason Cocktail Recipe

This rhyme and reason recipe can be a great choice. While dry cachaça and honey are factors associated with tropical drinks, the cinnamon-infused simple syrup gives it a cool weather taste. The recipe was developed by Sean Kenyon of Steuben’s in Denver, Colorado. Using this liquor from Brazil that’s similar to rum but is made from sugar cane instead of other sugars, the citrus and cinnamon are a great base for the cocktail. Although cachaça is a special spirit, there is also Aperol, a bitter orange flavored aperitif, required to make the cocktail.
